There was a lot of distortion in the rear due to the amount of welding carried out

The main hinges had to be sand blasted to remove all the old paint and rust

Three heavy coats of high build primer

Black guide coat to help with the block sanding

Block sanded with 240 grit, more filler, a few coats of high build primer, guide coat and finally block sanded with 600 grit. Ready for top coat

Stone chip sprayed on the underside and boot

All masked up and cleaned
