Passenger side rear wheel arch.

Outer skin removed.

Inner arch repair.

Outer wheel arch butt welded into place. The lower right area will need to be modified at a later stage.

The boot area was in an awful state.

After 4 replacement panels and 25 patch panels the boot looks solid again.

Another small patch on the rear n/s quarter. Also note the bead of weld on the edge of the door to create a nice gap.

With all the metal work complete, the entire shell gets taken to bare steel before an epoxy primer is applied.
