Considering the condition of the doors, I doubt that this is the original bonnet. It has some rust on the top right in the picture which has been covered with filler.

Only the double skinned areas where carefully blasted to avoid distortion.

The tricky repair to the edge of the bonnet which included a small patch on the other side because it had rotten through.

Ready for primer.

Drivers side rear wheel arch.

Outer skin and part of the inner arch removed. Zinc rich weld thru primer applied.

Inner arch repair.

After some careful measuring, the outer wheel arch was butt welded into place.
