Front near side floor finished without the problematic drain plug.

Rear floor section. The circular holes in the floor were used to drain the various chemicals the shell was dipped into during manufacture. A typical rust trap.

Repair panel takes its place and the blue stuff you can see is the rust converter reacting with the surface rust.

Drivers side sill. Looks good and solid doesn't it?

The reality of years of shoddy repairs. You can see that someone had actually welded a new sill on top of the old rusted one.

The rear of the sill was even worse.

Inner sill repairs completed. I had to make sure that a lot of strength was returned to this area due to the fact that this is a pillar less coupe.

The new outer sill finishes this area. The passenger side had the same amount of work.
