The bonnet required 5 small repair panels, mainly due to a electrolytic reaction between the aluminum trim and the steel. Two rubber gaskets will be fabricated to prevent this reoccurring in the future.

Sill cover panels, bonnet trim and bonnet support media blasted.

Rust had starting to creep from around the front and rear windows because they had not been removed before the previous respray.

The 1970 Morris Minor receives some final panel alignment before delivery to the paint workshop.

With the shell at the painters, it's time to refurbish miscellaneous engine and suspension parts.

Wash primer, high solid primer and finished with a couple of coats of gloss black.
